We are so lucky to have an incredible 2021 Associate Board of Ambassadors! This group continues to not only fundraise individually but also help behind the scenes to make the 2021 Red, White & Blue Party such a success! We are grateful that these young professionals volunteer their time to support the @americancancersociety year-round, help us give them a round of applause! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼
Sunlight is the main source of UV radiation, even though UV rays make up only a small portion of the sun’s rays. The strength of the UV rays reaching the ground depends on a number of factors, such as:
• Time of day
• Season of the year
• Altitude: More UV rays reach the ground at higher elevations.
• Clouds: The effect of clouds can vary, but what’s important to know is that UV rays can get through to the ground, even on a cloudy day.

FACT: Most sunscreens don't last more than 2 hours! When you're out in the sun during these summer months, remember to reapply!
Words out. Our Coaches vs. Cancer Basket "Ball" will be on Monday, October 4th at the @albanycapcenter and we can't wait! We're excited to honor the Capital Region's @guru371 and can't wait to share more to come!
Screening tests are used to find cancer in people who have no symptoms. Screening increases the chances of finding certain cancers early, when they are small, have not spread, and might be easier to treat.

If you don’t have a doctor, there are things you can do and places you can call to find out how to get the screening tests you need. Read more at the link in bio.
It’s hard to believe but tomorrow marks 1 month until our 2021 Red, White & Blue party! 🇺🇸We know the Capital Region is just as excited as we are because tickets are going fast.

Grab your tickets while you still can & join us for a cancer fighting Saratoga summer night! ❤️🤍💙
